Lessons are free to observe.
Please inform us of the day and time you want to observe our lessons, in advance by following applicaition form.

Please ask for permission from the instructor in charge the lesson.
Trial lesson
Lessons are free to experience.
No prior reservation is needed. Bring appropriate clothing for exercising, since there are only a few practice suits that can be lent.
We will tell the instructor about your visiting if you informed us of the day and time you want to take a trial lesson, in advance by e-mail, telephone , or following application form.
